Crackdown

Crackdown came out for the 360 today. I was a little thrown off guard when I got the phone call from Gamestop telling me that it would be in first thing in the morning. Not because I was impressed that a game would be there before 2 P.M. or anything along those ling, but because I thought that the game was coming out tomorrow.

The game is so good that it not only interrupted my writing time (big surprise there, right?), but it also pulled me out of both my WoW and Heroes time. Normally I play WoW in a window while I watch Heroes (running a dual core. My computer is fast enough. I know, I rock), but the way that my computer is set up, and considering how into Crackdown I was, I didn’t even get a chance to do anything today besides play the damn game.

It is awesome. The only down side is that I played it for about 10 hours today and I am pretty sure that I am 2/3 of the way through the game. Not achievement 2/3 of the way, but story based. This would make the game 15 hours long just with the main story and none of the side missions, so I can’t really complain about any of that.

Phantasy Star Universe is supposedly on its 5th chapter continuing the main story and all of that. I don’t know, all I have seen is two of them. They claim more, I will check later.

Virtual Fighter 5 comes out tomorrow, and I don’t have another controller or a joystick for my PS3 to really take advantage of the entire thing. I feel very bad about that, and I am sure that I will have at least two people over here tomorrow complaining about it, but there isn’t much I can do about that.

Sorry I didn’t really go into detail about anything tonight. Bummer.
